Special Shop Guidelines

• Purchases for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.
• We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding product availability, including current stock levels or future restocking schedules.
• Shopping bags are available for purchase. Please bring your own reusable bag if possible.
• Purchase limits may apply to certain products. These limits are subject to change without prior notice, before or during the exhibition period.
• Each guest is limited to one transaction per visit.
• Product availability may vary depending on the date of your visit. All merchandise is available in limited quantities and may sell out.
• The Special Shop is available only to exhibition visitors. You may enter the shop only after exiting the exhibition area. Re-entry to the exhibition from the shop is not permitted.
• We do not accept reservations for sold-out items or offer later delivery services.
• Shipping services are not available.
• Personal shopping bags may be used only after completing your purchase. Before checkout, please place all selected items in the shopping basket provided by the shop and bring it to the register.
• Please do not line up before the venue opens. Any queues formed before opening will not be recognized or guaranteed when admission begins.
• For products with purchase limits, the limit applies per guest aged 6 and above (elementary school age or older). Children below elementary school age are not permitted to purchase these items.
• Live commerce (live-stream shopping) is strictly prohibited inside the Special Shop.
• We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding product release dates or availability, including current stock levels and future restocking schedules.
